Paul Jarrett
IT Director

Paul Jarrett is IT Director for The Warranty Group (Europe) and is a board member for TWG Services Limited. Paul is responsible for the application development and support of all the systems used to process business in Europe.

There are 42 staff in the IT Department who report to Paul through 7 direct reports.

Paul is also responsible for the IT Infrastructure, that supports many European locations and approximately 400 users from the UK hub.

Prior to joining in 1993, Paul was Project Director for an IBM software company, specialising in the Lloyds Insurance market (1989-1993). His technical background has been built in the IBM midrange division in which he has worked on many diverse projects for Data Logic (part of Raytheon (1984-1989)) and Altergo.
