Business Operations Director

Ian Kenny is a Director of London General Insurance Company Limited, TWG Services Limited, The Warranty Group UK Limited and London General Life Company Limited, and sits on the boards of TWG Services SA (Spain) and The Warranty Group Polska SP Z.o.o.

Ian joined the company in 1989 and before taking the position of Business Operations Director in 2000 he had been Sales and Marketing Director for the Domestic Warranty division for the previous four years. During this time within his role, written premium levels for the division saw substantial growth.

In his current role as Business Operations Director, Ian has retained sales and marketing responsibilities for the UK Direct Marketing, Business Diversification and Utility Warranty Divisions.

As Business Operations Director, Ian is also responsible for all of The Warranty Group's UK Policy Administration, Contact Centre, Claims Management, Supplier Network and Quality Management System.
