Managing Director - Appliance & Technology Division

Ian joined the business in 1987, and initially headed up the company's Business Analysis Team. In the years that followed, he undertook various roles as an underwriter, culminating in his appointment as Divisional Underwriting Director.

In 2003, Ian was invited to head up the newly created Financial Business Solutions Division which, as well as managing the company's Mobile Phone and PC insurance business, also specialised in providing financial accomodation and tax efficient solutions for TWG clients. In 2005, the Financial Business Solutions and Appliance Warranty divisions were merged to create the Appliance & Technology Division, which Ian has led from its inception.

Ian leads a team of Account Directors and Business Development Executives who manage TWG's appliance and consumer electronics, PC and mobile phone relationships.
