Geoff Witt
Chief Financial Officer
Geoff Witt is a Director and the Chief Financial Officer for TWG Europe Limited, London General Insurance Company Limited, London General Life Company Limited, TWG Services Limited (TWG) and a Director of The Warranty Group Services (Isle of Man) Limited. Geoff is a Fellow of the Chartered and Certified Accountants and a member of the Institute of Directors.
Geoff is responsible for the Finance, Financial Planning and Analysis and Underwriting functions for all of the European operations of TWG in Europe. As such he is responsible for ensuring that the group meets all of its regulatory, statutory and fiscal requirements.
Additionally Geoff is the Chariman for the Risk Committee and the Project Sponsor for the groups Solvency II project. With these roles he is responsible for the ongoing development of the Groups' Risk Management control environment, to meet the ever increasing regulatory demands and market changes. Geoff also has responsibility for the annual AM Best insurance company rating, as well as the group's capital and surplus management.
Geoff continues to be instrumental in the addition and development of some of TWG's largest and most profitable clients in the UK and across Europe.
