Duncan is responsible for overseeing the legal, regulatory and compliance functions for The Warranty Group companies in the UK and Europe and is also the Company Secretary. Duncan joined the company in May 2007 but has been associated with the company for the previous 15 years.

Duncan qualified as a solicitor in 1991 at law firm Lawrence Graham and in 2001 joined Aon Law Division where he was Deputy Legal Director, responsible for the corporate and commercial legal team.
