David is responsible for overseeing the legal, regulatory and compliance functions for The Warranty Group companies in the UK and Europe and is also the Company Secretary. David joined the company in December 2010.

David is a qualified solicitor who has extensive experience within the insurance industry across a wide range of personal, commercial and reinsurance business, including periods with the AEGON Group, Lloyds of London and the Hartford Group.
