Cath is responsible for building HR strategy across Europe to meet The Warranty Group's business and people needs.

Cath joined Ryan Insurance Group Europe in 1986 and became HR Manager for Aon Warranty Group in 1999. In 2001 Cath was appointed Head of HR for Aon Underwriting Companies.

Cath is a graduate of Business and is a Fellow Member of CIPD.
