Overview
Originating in 1964 as Pat Ryan and Associates, London General Training and Consultancy (Formerly Aon Resource Group) grew out of a 40-year legacy that includes introducing the F&I (finance and insurance) profit centre to the industry.

Our commitment
To ensure F&I profit centres continue to be successful, London General Training and Consultancy provides courses that can be tailored to address an F&I provider's individual business needs and to challenge all skill levels. We continually review new technology, legislation and its impact on the industry.

Trainers and consultants
Courses and consultancy services are delivered by trainers and development managers who work regularly in the field and understand the issues F&I providers face. All of the trainers and development managers have retail sales and management experience and each have proven themselves to be experts in their field.

Training methodology
Courses and consultancy services are delivered by trainers and development managers who are regularly in the field and understand the issues F&I providers face. All of the trainers and development managers have retail sales and management experience and each have proven expertise.

We utilise a highly effective interactive adult-learning model, Guided Discovery®. Through group discussion, role-play and performance evaluation, participants solve real-life problems affecting sales performance.

Guided Discovery® allows us to transfer knowledge and skills through a process that brings about measurable performance improvement in relation to needs.

Our philosophy: (with inspiration from Benjamin Franklin)
"Tell me and I will forget
Show me and I may remember
Involve me and I will understand"

Certification
Training programmes designed and conducted by London General Training and Consultancy include participant Performance Evaluation Forms (PEF) that are used throughout the course and for participant certification upon satisfactory completion of the course. Participants who achieve minimum certification requirements have demonstrated their ability to perform the skills they learned during the course.
