Claims handling
The Warranty Group deploys experienced claims teams for all risk categories and product types. We validate the policy upon first customer contact, and offer automatic system-based claims validation based on pre-set parameters to ensure efficient claims and risk control.
Product warranty and insurance claims
Repairs are assigned to our national network of engineers via a custom built, web-based, browser-accessible application, RepairerLink. This enables jobs to be updated on-line, in real time by our engineers, whilst password protected job tracking access is available to our clients and staff to ensure customers are kept up to date on progress.
The Warranty Group handles over 750,000 claims incidents per annum.
